Returns and Refunds
We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if for any reason, you need to return any Hello Chameleon item that has been purchased through www.hellochameleon.us please contact us before taking any actions at hello@hellochameleon.co
We will refund your item (excluding the shipping) or exchange for a different color or size, only if the following conditions are met:
- Items must be returned within 10 days from the original purchase date.
- It is requiring a receipt or a proof of purchase as well as the physical product.
- All items must be unused, in a resaleable condition with ALL tags attached, for a return to be accepted.
- The cost of delivery for returns is not covered by Hello Chameleon but we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement goods.
- Returns will be handled as soon as possible upon their arrival in our warehouse, this may take up to 10 business days. Credit card refunds will appear on your next billing cycle.
- Hello Chameleon will not be responsible for the cost of returning items that do not meet the conditions above.
Late or missing refund
If you were deemed eligible for a refund and you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted. If your refund is not posted within 3-4 business days, next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@hellochameleon.co
